In your Hub account, wherever you bought. Every license you own is listed there with its downloads, the full version history and the documentation. Sign in with the email you used at checkout. For an Envato purchase, sign in with Envato or with the email on your Envato account, and the license appears in the same list.

The store keeps its own record too. Creem, which processes payments on this site as merchant of record, sends your receipt and holds the order. An Envato purchase also stays on your Envato downloads page. Your licenses, versions and downloads explains the account in detail.

A ZIP file with everything the product needs: the files you install in WordPress, any add-ons that come with it, and the documentation. Unzip it before uploading anything, because WordPress expects the archive inside the package, not the package itself. Installing from a ZIP file shows each step.

Some of our products have a free version on WordPress.org, but not all of them. The product page says whether one exists. If it doesn’t, register on Hub and ask about a free version in a presale question. Where to buy and download compares the free and paid versions.

Yes. The terms depend on where you bought. We refund a license bought on jkdevstudio.com within 14 days, no explanation needed, and we still consider requests after that. An Envato purchase follows stricter rules: the same 14 days, but a refund needs an actual problem with the product, and the request comes to us through Envato. The grounds and time limits are in our Refund Policy.

In your WordPress admin. Open the License tab in the theme dashboard, click Activate License, and sign in to Hub in the window that opens. You don’t need to paste a key. Activating your license walks through each step and covers the usual snags: a window that won’t open, an empty license list, a domain that’s already in use.

It depends on the license. Regular and Premium cover one site each, so a second site needs a second license. Agency has unlimited activations, so one purchase covers every site you build. The pricing card shows the number, and the full wording is in our Terms & Conditions.

Yes, whether you bought here or on Envato. Add activations to the license in your Hub account and they land on the same key, so there’s nothing to reinstall. Each extra activation costs the same as one Premium license. Buying more activations explains how.

Agency. It has unlimited activations, so one purchase covers every client site you build with the theme. Each site activates on its own domain, so you can always see where the theme is running.

Release the activation first. On the old site, open the License tab and click Deactivate License. That frees the domain and returns the activation to your account for the new site. If you can’t log in to the old site anymore, use your Hub account: each license lists the sites it runs on, and you can release any of them there. Moving a license to another domain covers the whole move, cloned sites and the free staging slot.

Yes. Every license key has one free slot for a staging or local copy you test on, on top of the sites you paid for. Tick the staging option when you activate. The site has to be one the public can’t reach. Moving a license to another domain, and using it for staging lists what qualifies.

For as long as we release them, and every version stays available in your Hub account. How updates reach you depends on where you bought. A license bought on jkdevstudio.com delivers new versions to the WordPress updates screen once the site is activated. An Envato license has no automatic updates, so you download each version from Hub or from Envato and install it by hand.

Support runs on a separate clock. A license bought here includes 12 months of it. An Envato license comes with the shorter window Envato sells, 6 months by default, with one support thread per product, answered after customers who bought here. Updating and rolling back a version has the details.

Your license keeps working. Nothing expires, and the theme never checks in to switch anything off on your site. You just stop getting our help with problems, since that’s what the support period covers. You can extend it in a minute from your Hub account, on the license itself. The rules are in our Support Policy.

The full product and everything in the download, with a few limits. Support lasts 6 months, covers one ticket and is answered after customers who bought on jkdevstudio.com. Updates don’t show up in your dashboard, so you download each one by hand. And you don’t get demo designs released from now on or the premium integrations.

Yes, from your Hub account rather than on Envato, which doesn’t allow upgrades. The upgrade changes where your license comes from, Envato to jkdevstudio.com, and the share of your Envato payment that reached us counts as credit, so you pay only the difference.
