60% goes to the marketplace
Envato keeps most of this price. Buying direct skips that cut, so the same product costs less.

Envato keeps most of what you pay there, so a refund leaves us in the red. Those get read one by one. Buy direct and none of that applies.

Here you pay for the theme, not for the marketplace selling it. That alone is why this tier costs less than the one sold there.

Licensing questions
Before you buy
Through Hub. Sign in with the account you used to buy, and you’ll find the download and the documentation there. If you bought on Envato, the file is on your Envato downloads page.
From your WordPress admin, and it takes about a minute. Open the theme dashboard, go to the License tab and click Activate License. A Hub window opens: sign in with the account you bought with, pick the purchase and confirm. You don’t need to copy a key or paste a purchase code.
One ZIP with the theme archive, ready to upload to WordPress, the pro plugin that unlocks the theme’s licensed features, and the documentation. Install the theme, install the plugin, activate your license, and you’re set.
It depends on the license. Regular and Premium cover one site each, so a second site needs a second license. Agency has unlimited activations, so one purchase covers every site you build. The pricing card shows the number, and the full wording is in our Terms & Conditions.
Agency. It has unlimited activations, so one purchase covers every client site you build with the theme. Each site activates on its own domain, so you can always see where the theme is running.
For as long as we release them. Delivery depends on where you bought. With a direct purchase, new versions show up in your WordPress updates screen once the site is activated, like any other theme or plugin. With an Envato purchase, you download each update from the marketplace and install it by hand. We only get a small share of a marketplace sale, so automatic updates are part of what a direct purchase pays for. Support has its own separate period in both cases.
Your license keeps working. Nothing expires, and the theme never checks in to switch anything off on your site. You just stop getting our help with problems, since that’s what the support period covers. You can extend it in a minute from your Hub account, on the license itself. The rules are in our Support Policy.
Release the activation first. On the old site, open the License tab and click Deactivate License. That frees the domain and returns the activation to your account for the new site. If you can’t log in to the old site anymore, use your Hub account: each license lists the sites it runs on, and you can release any of them there.
You can use the theme without it, but Hub has everything else. An Envato license includes 6 months of limited support and one ticket. In Hub you register the purchase, read the documentation, and extend support or upgrade the license when you need more. Activation uses the same window either way, and your Hub account is created when you sign in with Envato.
Yes. The terms depend on where you bought. We refund a direct purchase within 14 days, no explanation needed, and we still consider requests after that. An Envato purchase follows stricter rules: the same 14 days, but a refund needs an actual problem with the product, and the request comes to us through Envato. The grounds and time limits are in our Refund Policy.
