Is there a free version I can try first?

Some of our products have a free version on WordPress.org, but not all of them. The product page says whether one exists. If it doesn't, register on Hub and ask about a free version in a presale question. Where to buy and download compares the free and paid versions.

How many sites does my license cover?

It depends on the license. Premium covers one site, so a second site needs a second license. Agency has unlimited activations, so one purchase covers every site you build. The pricing card shows the number, and the full wording is in our Terms & Conditions.

Can I add more sites to my license later?

Yes. Add activations to the license in your Hub account and they land on the same key, so there's nothing to reinstall. Each extra activation costs the same as one Premium license. Buying more activations explains how.

Which license covers client sites?

Agency. It has unlimited activations, so one purchase covers every client site you build with the theme. Each site activates on its own domain, so you can always see where the theme is running.

What is Full Site Editing?

Full Site Editing is how WordPress edits a whole site with blocks, the header and the footer included, at Appearance > Editor. If you have written a post in the block editor, you already know how it works.

Can I edit everything on the page in the block editor?

Yes. The header, the footer, every template and every pattern open in the Site Editor. Click a heading, a menu or a line in the footer and change it where it stands. Colors, fonts, sizes and spacing live in Styles, and every block follows them.

Does Auno support Elementor?

No, and that’s on purpose. Elementor would bring its own layout layer, styles and scripts to every page. Auno leaves all three out, which is most of why it looks this clean and loads this light. Anything a builder would do here, the Site Editor already does.

What are the patterns for?

Patterns are ready sections and whole pages you insert in one go: a hero, clients, services, a FAQ, an about page and more. Find them under Auno sections and Auno pages in the block inserter, and start a case study from one of the project layouts.

Can I change the fonts and colors?

Yes, in Styles. Colors, fonts, text sizes, spacing and rounded corners are design tokens, so one change reaches every block on the site. The WordPress Font Library adds any other font.

Buying & access

In your Hub account. Every license you own is listed there with its downloads, the full version history and the documentation. Sign in with the email you used at checkout.

The store keeps its own record too. Creem, which processes payments on this site as merchant of record, sends your receipt and holds the order. Your licenses, versions and downloads explains the account in detail.

A ZIP file with everything the product needs: the files you install in WordPress, any add-ons that come with it, and the documentation. Unzip it before uploading anything, because WordPress expects the archive inside the package, not the package itself. Installing from a ZIP file shows each step.

Yes, when there is a specific reason. A refund needs an actual problem with the product, such as a defect we cannot fix or a feature that does not work as described, and we review every request on its facts before deciding. Not liking the product, or a general sense that it did not meet your expectations, does not qualify. A license bought on jkdevstudio.com can be refunded within 14 days, and we still consider requests up to 30 days. The full list of grounds is in our Refund Policy.

Licenses & activation

In your WordPress admin. Open the License tab in the theme dashboard, click Activate License, and sign in to Hub in the window that opens. You don’t need to paste a key. Activating your license walks through each step and covers the usual snags: a window that won’t open, an empty license list, a domain that’s already in use.

Release the activation first. On the old site, open the License tab and click Deactivate License. That frees the domain and returns the activation to your account for the new site. If you can’t log in to the old site anymore, use your Hub account: each license lists the sites it runs on, and you can release any of them there. Moving a license to another domain covers the whole move, cloned sites and the free staging slot.

Yes. Every license key has one free slot for a staging or local copy you test on, on top of the sites you paid for. Tick the staging option when you activate. The site has to be one the public can’t reach. Moving a license to another domain, and using it for staging lists what qualifies.

Updates & support

For as long as we release them, and every version stays available in your Hub account. A license bought on jkdevstudio.com delivers new versions to the WordPress updates screen once the site is activated.

Support runs on a separate clock. A license bought here includes 12 months of it. Updating and rolling back a version has the details.

Your license keeps working. Nothing expires, and the theme never checks in to switch anything off on your site. You just stop getting our help with problems, since that’s what the support period covers. You can extend it in a minute from your Hub account, on the license itself. The rules are in our Support Policy.

Full Site Editing

Templates and patterns

No. WordPress saves your version of a template in the database, and an update to the theme files leaves it alone. To get the theme’s version back, reset the template in the Site Editor. Read the changelog before you update: a template you changed keeps your version even when an update improves the original.
